This policy describes how the Website and the App handle personal data of users who access them; therefore, it does not apply to third-party websites you may be redirected to from the Website or the App.
1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?
Domotime is the data controller of your personal data (the “Controller”).
2. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA? WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA?
“Personal Data” means information suitable to identify, directly or indirectly, a natural person, in this case, you who are browsing the Website or using the App (the “Data”).
In particular, Domotime processes the following Data:

your contact details (i.e., phone number and email address);

geographic coordinates of the mobile device;
information related to the operating system and IT environment used;
data voluntarily provided by you to use our services and purchase our products.
Domotime collects your Data directly to fulfill your requests. The Website contains various forms that users are required to fill out to manage and respond to their requests. Specifically, it is possible to register and access reserved areas, request information about products or services covered by the contract you have entered into.
With your explicit and specific consent, Domotime may also use your Data to send you communications containing advertising, informational, or promotional material related to the entire range of products marketed by the Controller. Additionally, your Data may be processed to invite you to participate in specific initiatives that we believe may be of interest to you.
Furthermore, based on its legitimate interest, Domotime may contact you to propose new products similar to those covered by the contract you have entered into. In this case, such communication will include an opt-out option to allow you to express your disinterest in receiving such commercial proposals and your desire not to be contacted in the future.
Moreover, your Data may be indirectly acquired by the Controller. During navigation on the Website, IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, request time, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment are tracked. This information is used exclusively for statistical purposes and to verify the correct functioning of the Website.
Finally, your Data may also be collected and processed to carry out any activity related to the management and administration of the Website and the App.
Providing your Data is entirely voluntary; however, if you refuse to provide it, Domotime will not be able to fulfill your requests.

3. REDIRECT TO EXTERNAL SITES
The Website uses so-called social plug-ins, which are special tools that allow the incorporation of social network functionalities directly into a website (e.g., the Facebook “like” button).
Each social plug-in on the Website is identified by the logo of the respective social platform, in this case, the Facebook logo. If the user interacts with the social plug-in, information related to the user is directly communicated to the social platform, which processes your Data as an independent controller. 4. COOKIES
Cookies are small text files that websites visited by users send to their terminals, where they are stored to be retransmitted to the same sites on subsequent visits.

5. WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA?
The server farm hosting the Website is located in Italy.
Your Data is not transferred to third-party companies located outside the European Economic Area. If such a transfer becomes necessary, we will ensure that the recipients of your Data have adopted appropriate security measures to guarantee their protection.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We process your Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in paragraph 2 above.
The Data you provide for the purpose of entering into a contract for the services offered by Domotime will be retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and as long as there are obligations or requirements related to the execution of the contract. They will be kept for a period of 11 years after the termination of the contractual relationship solely for purposes related to legal obligations or the defense of Domotime’s rights.
Regarding processing for marketing purposes, carried out based on the Controller’s legitimate interest or your consent, your Data will be processed for the entire duration of the contract and as long as there are obligations or requirements related to its execution, unless you object to the processing or withdraw your consent.
Finally, we reserve the right to retain login and logout data for a longer period to manage any crimes committed against the Website (e.g., hacking activities).
7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?
As a data subject, you have the right to:
access your Data and request a copy;
request the rectification or updating of your Data if inaccurate or incomplete;
request, under certain circumstances, the deletion of your Data or the restriction of processing;
