Domotime’s FTB180 outdoor photocell is a compact and economical solution for any installation.

The transmitter can be powered or run on battery for about 4 years.

The device is suitable for used to detect the presence of an object between a transmitter component and a receiver component that communicate thanks to infrared technology.

The transmitter emits an infrared signal to the receiver component, the photocell then closes the contact when an obstacle arises within the beam.

The photocell has a range of 15 meters, and its IP 55 degree of protection allows it to protect against jets of water and dust.
