This rack in Nylon is a support system designed for the movement of automated gates. The rack is composed of a Nylon bar with a steel bar co-molded inside to give it greater strength and durability. Suitable for gates weighing up to 800 kg and has 3 downward-facing attachment points for easy installation.
The rack is designed to interact with the teeth of a gear or pinion, which transmits motion from an external motor to the rack. This system is used for lifting and moving heavy gates and allows you to automate the opening and closing of the gates.
The Nylon rack is modular, allowing it to adapt to any installation and gate size, offering a flexible and reliable solution for moving heavy gates. The 500 mm size is perfect for non-bulky packaging and the minimum lot is 500 meters
